All building starts with a foundation.

Objectives for which the Association is established are:-
Education and Extension
  1. To focus on education sector by setting up residential school (upto secondary with the scope of expansion) to provide affordable quality education that envisions the holistic development of a student by giving enough individual care from the initial stage of student life and groom them according to the personality traits/types imparting life’s value system, leadership quality and survival ability while giving enough emphasis on physical well being through active games and sports facilities. To focus on the extracurricular activities such as debate, creative writing, communication skills, arts and painting etc. To provide excellent academic teaching that is par with the best.
  2. To work rigorously among the Tribal Students and Minority Students in providing educational facilities such as special coaching, providing hostel facilities for both boys and girls students in the north east India.
Watershed Management, Biodiversity, Environment and Water
  1. To Protect and preserve natural resource, environment, forest, water bodies, heritage, lakes, fountains, springs, well and ponds etc for sustainable future and green economy.
  2. To conduct nature walk, tour, expedition, adventure, seminar and workshop on natural resource management, conservation and preservation.
  3. To work on watershed management through community’s participation; developing models implying creative innovation and synchronising the indigenous knowledge and scientific temperament.
  4. To work on protection and preservation of biodiversity and its judicious utilization without jeopardising the natural habitats.
Rural Development, Livelihood and Micro-Finance
  1. To advocate and promote critical infrastructural gaps such as rural connectivity, education, health and market facilities in the rural area.
  2. To actively engage in transforming rural lives through capacity building measures, knowledge and information sharing towards attitudinal change, strengthening the local institutions, empowering the rural mass in realization of self reliance and sustainable society through community oriented participatory and holistic development approach.
  3. Engage in leadership development programmes for various stakeholders involving the grass root level leaders, NGOs, Government Officials/Departments/Institute and others by conducting seminars, workshops, training programmes etc.
  4. To promote self reliance and self sustain life through entrepreneurial venture and various livelihood activities for the rural and semi-urban communities.
  5. To promote and raise livestock, fishery (fresh Aquaculture), poultry, bee-keeping etc. towards sustainable livelihood and for food security.
  6. To promote handloom both traditional and modern for generating sustainable income.
  7. To conduct research in such fields and promote cottage industry in whichever activities that can be marketed in the modern market that is environmental friendly.
  8. To promote the cooperative movements and work among the progressive/cooperative farmers for better livelihood and sustainable livelihood.
  9. To promote micro-finance among the rural farmers through Village Mini Banking system through the People by the People and for the People with the strong motivation of saving and thriving and impartation of documentation process involved in the banking so as to ease the lives of the rural poor by providing financial opportunities at doorstep without much spending.
Youth concerns: Unemployment, Substance Abuse and Sports
  1. To engage with youth to address life’s dilemmas(unemployment, identity crisis, drugs and substance abuse, social unrest etc.) through active counselling, career guidance, workshops, seminars, camps and awareness building while mentoring and moulding them to become responsible leaders and citizens.
  2. To promote rehabilitation mechanism and centres to cater the needs of the substance abusers.
  3. To promote sports and games among the youth by running playfields such as football ground, basketball court, volleyball courts, hockey field, badminton courts and others to provide best sporting facilities to the youth. To work in collaboration with any agencies at national and international level to promote athletes among the youth.
  4. To promote Youth Resource Centre and Vocational Training Centres.
  5. To set up Public Library for the welfare of the rural community especially the rural and tribal youth.
Publication, R&D and Consultancy  
  1. To conduct research in various fields and publish reports for the betterment of lives both in rural and urban settings. For which the Foundation will seek partnership with research institutions, universities, orgranisations engage in the field of research and development.
  2. To bring out publications such as newspaper, journals, books, research papers, training kits etc. to transform lives in positive and better way.
  3. To conduct evaluations, surveys on any matters and issues that pertain to the development of the community.
  4. To assist in preparation of detail project reports to various organisations, societies, agencies and departments.
Agriculture, Science and Technology
  1. To set up Rural Development and Agriculture Research Institute and other testing laboratories in the District.
  2. To set up Cold Storage for horti and agri products and promote processing of food and fruits that are available in the region.
  3. To promote cooperative movements, progressive farmers in livestock, farming, petty trade and micro enterprises.  
  4. To conduct science seminar, exhibition, workshop and awareness campaign
  5. To provide technical support to the NGOs, VOs, Farmers and others in the field of remote sensing, GIS application and other allied technology.
  6. To provide services in conducting laboratory tests including soil, herbs, fruits, water, food, vegetables, meat etc. by setting up testing laboratories in consultation with other allied departments and Ministries.
  7. To conduct scientific research and documentation in the field that will have impact upon the humanity.
  8. To set up demonstration farm units, seeds, gene banks to preserve rare species of flora and fauna found in the north east region.
  9. To transfer knowledge from laboratory to the field in the area of agriculture and allied activities.
Art, Literature, Philosophy, Ancient Monument and Heritage
  1. To promote traditional art and culture and custom such as folk lores, customary laws, philosophy, ancient wisdom, proverbs, quotes, anecdotes, sayings and literature.
  2. To preserve and promote ancient art of pottery, weaving and other art that are at the verge of extinction and conserve them in the form of Museum and exhibition centre.
  3. To preserve the ancient heritage and promote eco-cultural-historical tourism.
  4. To document through writings, research and produce documentary films for preservation and promote of ancient and traditional practices that are of human import.
Health Care
  1. To conduct health camp and provide health services to the rural and tribal people living in remote areas.
  2. To provide services in health sector whenever the situation arises in normal times and in times of endemic and epidemic.
Human Rights and Policy Advocacy
  1. To actively engage in human rights protection and to promote and safeguard the Universal Declaration of Human Rights through active campaign and advocacy.
  2. The foundation shall engage in dialogue with various stakeholders in policy formulation through advocacy in the forms of writing articles, conducting public debate and offering suggestions to government, organisation, local bodies in issues and areas which are of human importance be it political, social and economy.
  3. The foundation shall engage in policy advocacy in the field of human rights and human security through documentation and writings.
